The Challenge: EICE have been providing advisory services to its client, a global consulting organization charged with developing an overall Integrated Operations (digital oilfield) solution for a major oil company with globally distributed operations.

Our Role: An EICE consultant worked at the oil company’s facilities during the design phase of the project to provide subject matter expertise in a number of areas related to advanced petroleum engineering including reservoir surveillance, well monitoring, surface equipment monitoring and flow assurance.

Our Approach: EICE helped the client’s consulting team design solutions in Integrated Operations leveraging commercial software tools such as OLGA, GAP, PROSPER and HYSYS, along with a number of in-house and legacy tools.

Value to Client: By providing advanced subject matter expertise in the petroleum engineering domain, EICE was able to assist its client in designing an effective Integrated Operations solution for its customer.
