The Challenge: The client is a UK based company working in the Automobile domain. The client was looking to develop a cloud-based solution. The purpose of this tool is to create a comprehensive platform with the following key features
a) Digitalize all the records related to assets, facilities, and health and safety-related activities and incidents at each workshop.
b) Monitor the maintenance schedule for all the items in the records and update the records.
c) Create periodic and auto-generated reports to alert for maintenance activities
d) Create on-demand reports to provide a snapshot of current status at various levels of granularity.
Our Role: Software Architecture, Mobile application, a web application for Admin support, AWS cloud deployment.
Our Approach: Understand the client’s need by regular skype calls, weekly meetings, Scrum-based development for quicker feedback from the client. Developed product and mobile app, deployed on the cloud, and manage the Cloud server.
