The Challenge: The client is a logistics firm dealing in Warehouse and transport operations across India. They are facing a challenge in warehouse stock management & supply chain issues, such as route management for trucks, route tracking, return stock management. They were occurring huge loss, due to manual operations & stock management.

Our Role: Software Strategy, Architecture, Software solution, Mobile application, tracking application, cloud deployment administration.

Our Approach: Understand the client’s need by talking about various stakeholders and collecting requirements, Scrum-based development for quicker feedback from the client. Developed product and mobile app, deployed on the cloud, and manage the Cloud server.
