RE.LI Monitor
A Real Time Sensor Monitoring Tool
Development of RE.LI Monitor: A real-time sensor monitoring tool integrating SCADA data for intelligent alarm management and performance analysis across diverse well types.

Key Challenges
01
Real-time data integration: Interfacing with multiple data acquisition systems (SCADA, DCS, Historian) in real-time.
02
Alarm management: Developing an efficient system to raise appropriate alarms without overwhelming operators.
03
Performance optimization: Balancing system performance with the need for real-time monitoring and analysis.
04
Cross-platform compatibility: Extending the application to various well types (ESP, PCP, Gas Lift, Natural flowing wells).
05
User adoption: Ensuring the system is user-friendly for operators and engineers across different domains.
About Our Client
ESPCT : ESP Completion Technologies
ESPCT designs, manufactures and installs proprietary completion equipment for electric submersible pump (ESP) systems to meet the needs of ESP OEMs and E&P operators. ESPCT is headquartered in Missouri City, Texas with three service centers located across the United States. They specialize in dual parallel and dual concentric installations, providing all equipment as a integrated system from the wellhead to the motor base. Having hundreds of successful installations, ESPCT is a leader in the submersible pump field.
Unlocking Success
IDEATION:
We meticulously designed a real-time monitoring system that interfaces with existing SCADA infrastructure. Our focus was on creating a versatile tool that could adapt to various well types and provide actionable insights through data analytics.
OUR APPROACH
We prioritized real-time data processing, intelligent alarm management, and user-friendly visualizations. By leveraging artificial lift methods calculations and SCADA data analysis, we developed a system that not only monitors but also predicts and alerts on critical issues.
OUTCOMES
The RE.LI Monitor tool has revolutionized real-time sensor monitoring for ESPCT, enabling proactive management of well operations. The system's ability to plot performance graphs, send automated alerts, and extend to various well types has significantly improved operational efficiency and reduced downtime.
